
The Symposium ‘Gift of Nam June Paik 6’ “Musically Yours, 1963-2013” will be held in the auditorium of Gyeonggi Provincial Museum on Friday 26 April. Celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of , Paik’s first solo exhibition in Wuppertal in 1963, this symposium will shed new light on the historic exhibition that changed the course of art history and also looked ahead to the horizons of art in the present-day media environment, Leading international art historians, critics and scholars such as Simon Shaw-Miller(University of Bristol) and Shan Lim(Dongduk Women’s University) will address various dimensions of , generating renewed resonance for today.
